The promulgation of the ONGO Law of PRC in the January of 2017 establishes different requirements on domestic activities of ONGOs. After the implementation of this new law, many ONGOs are still not familiar with the laws and enforcement, which results in many of these ONGOs running illegally. Many ONGOs have legally registered in China, but due to the insensitiveness of the law’s boundaries, they are always trapped into considerable legal risk.
