The FUGUAN Law Firm (\u201cFUGUAN\u201d)<\/strong> is the certified \u201cB Corp\u201d law firm in China. FUGUAN focuses on legal services in the fields of not-for-profit law and charity law in China, for the clients of domestic NGOs (including foundations, private non enterprise entities and social groups), international NGOs, philanthropists, impact investing and corporate social responsibility department of companies.<\/p>\n

FUGUAN has gathered a group of partners and lawyers who are passionate and ideal for the public welfare sector and not-for-profit law and they were educated in leading domestic or foreign law schools. They previously were lawyers or counsels of famous international or domestic law firms, companies or international organizations. They are leading legal experts in the field of non-profit law in China, and are proficient in both Chinese and English as the working languages. <\/p>\n

FUGUAN and Legal Center for NGO (\u201cForNGO\u201d), are sister institutions, and they have a close cooperative relationship. ForNGO founded in 2012 and is the first not-for-profit law private think tank launched in China. It specializes in academic research for non-profit organizations, policy advocacy, and legal capacity-building services for both domestic and international NGOs. <\/p>\n

In the current stage, the team of FUGUAN have provided legal services to thousands of not-for-profit organisations (both domestic and international), charity projects of commercial companies, social enterprises and impact investment projects.
